of <h1>Anti-dumping duty on Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber imports from Korea and Germany extended until September 30, 2002.</h1> The Central Government has extended the anti-dumping duty on Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) imported from Korea RP and Germany until September 30, 2002. This extension follows a review initiated by the designated authority and a prior extension that lasted until July 30, 2002. The amendment modifies the previous notification, changing the expiration date from July 30, 2002, to September 30, 2002, under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules. The initial anti-dumping duty was imposed by notification No. 91/2001-Customs, dated September 7, 2001.
