of <h1>Amendment to Notification No. 21/2002-Customs: Sipat Super Thermal Power Project Added to List 42 for Tariff Exemption.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 21/2002-Customs, dated March 1, 2002, under the powers granted by the Customs Act, 1962. This amendment, effective from July 11, 2002, involves the addition of the Sipat Super Thermal Power Project (STPP) with a capacity of 2640 MW to List 42 under the 'Thermal Projects' heading in the Annexure. This inclusion is deemed necessary in the public interest as part of the Miscellaneous Exemption Notifications related to customs tariffs.
