This decision follows findings that these fibres were being dumped in India at prices below normal value, causing material injury to the Indian industry. The duty, effective until January 9, 2003, is calculated as the difference between specified amounts and the landed value of the goods. The notification specifies different duty rates for various producers/exporters from these countries, with the duty payable in Indian currency.
