of <h1>Nepalese Small-Scale Units' Goods Exempt from Customs with Valid Certificate under Notification No. 41/2002-Customs.</h1> The exemption provided by notification No. 85/98-Customs, dated November 5, 1998, is extended to goods manufactured in Nepal by small-scale units, as per the Nepal Industrial Policy of December 5, 2001. These goods, when imported into India, are eligible for exemption if accompanied by a certificate from an authorized signatory of the Nepalese government. This amendment, issued under the Customs Act, 1962, will be effective from April 16, 2002, as per Notification No. 41/2002-Customs, dated April 12, 2002.
