of <h1>India Imposes Provisional Anti-Dumping Duty on Acrylic Fibre Imports from Italy Under Section 9A to Protect Domestic Industry.</h1> The Government of India has imposed a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of Acrylic Fibre below 1.5 denier (1.65 DX) from Italy, following findings that such imports have been sold below normal value, causing injury to the domestic industry. The duty, effective until July 9, 2002, is set at $0.32 per kg for Montefibre, Italy, and $0.41 per kg for all other Italian exporters. The duty is payable in Indian currency, with the exchange rate determined by the Ministry of Finance's notifications.
