Concessional duty rates amended to prescribe specified tariff rates for imports from Singapore subject to origin requirements. The Central Government amends Notification No. 10/2008 Customs by substituting its tariff-rate table to prescribe concessional duty rates for specified First Schedule tariff items when the origin of goods is Singapore. The notification lists numerous tariff items and fixes the effective concessional percentages (and, in one instance, an alternative basis) to be applied at importation for goods meeting the origin condition, thereby updating the schedule of rates applicable to imports from the specified country.
