of <h1>India Imposes Anti-Dumping Duty on Vitamin AB2D3K Imports from EU, US, Thailand, Singapore Until June 2002</h1> The Government of India has imposed an anti-dumping duty on Vitamin AB2D3K imported from the European Union, the United States, Thailand, and Singapore. This decision follows findings that these imports were sold below normal value, causing material injury to the Indian industry. The duty applies to both single and triple strength vitamins and is calculated as the difference between specified amounts and the landed value per kilogram. The duty is effective until June 20, 2002, and payable in Indian currency. The rate of exchange for duty calculation will be as per government notifications.
