of <h1>Customs Tariff Amendment: New Tariffs on Oils Under Headings 1512.11 & 1514.90 Effective November 16, 2001</h1> The Central Government has amended the customs tariff for items under headings 1512.11 and 1514.90, effective from November 16, 2001. The changes include a 50% tariff on crude sunflower seed or safflower oil and a 45% tariff on refined rape, colza, or mustard oil, each up to 150,000 metric tons per financial year. Tariffs for other goods under these headings are set at 75% and 85%, respectively. Additionally, the term 'Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority' is replaced with 'EXIM Facilitation Committee in the Directorate General of Foreign Trade' in the annexure's Condition No. 1.
