of <h1>Customs Tariff Act 1975 update: New entries for pipeline and LNG projects added in amended notification.</h1> The Central Government, under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, has amended Notification No. 42/96-Customs, dated 23rd July 1996. The amendment includes replacing the entry for serial number 17 with 'Bombay - Manmad - Manglya (Indore) Pipeline Project' and adding a new entry, serial number 23, for the 'LNG Terminal of Petronet LNG Project at Dahej.' This amendment is part of efforts to support the country's economic development. The amendment was issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, and is documented under Notification No. 103/2001-Customs, dated 8th October 2001.
