of <h1>India Imposes Final Anti-Dumping Duty on Analgin Imports from China and Taiwan to Protect Domestic Industry</h1> The Government of India has imposed a final anti-dumping duty on Analgin and its synonyms, such as Dipyrone, Metamizole, and Methampyrone, originating from China and Taiwan. This decision follows findings that these products were exported to India below their normal value, causing material injury to the domestic industry. The duty rates are set at $2.592 per kg for Chinese exports and $2.860 per kg for Taiwanese exports. This duty is effective from April 9, 2001, and will be calculated based on the exchange rate specified by the Ministry of Finance at the time of the bill of entry presentation.
