of <h1>Final Anti-Dumping Duty Imposed on Technical Grade Phosphoric Acid; Provisional Duty Withdrawn Under Section 9A Customs Tariff Act</h1> The provisional anti-dumping duty on technical grade phosphoric acid has been withdrawn following the imposition of a final duty. This decision is enacted under the authority granted by section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, in conjunction with the relevant rules. The Central Government has rescinded the previous notification No. 47/2001-Customs, dated May 10, 2001, except for actions taken prior to this rescission. This change is formalized under Notification No. 95/2001-Customs dated September 12, 2001, issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
