of <h1>Government Rescinds Provisional Anti-Dumping Order Under Section 9A; Final Duty Imposed Per Customs Tariff Rules 1995.</h1> The Central Government has rescinded the provisional anti-dumping notification No. 74/2000-Customs, dated May 22, 2000, following the imposition of a final anti-dumping duty. This decision is made under the authority of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and in accordance with rules 18 and 20 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment, and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995. This change is formalized in Notification No. 92/2001-Customs, dated September 7, 2001, issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
