Rescission of provisional anti dumping notification after imposition of final anti dumping duty under customs law. The Central Government, under section 9A(1) of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 and rules 18 and 20 of the 1995 Anti dumping Rules, rescinded provisional notification No.74/2000 Customs upon imposition of a final anti dumping duty, formalised by Notification No.92/2001 Customs.
