of <h1>Governor amends notification under section 11(1), replacing Schedule IV with Schedule II or III, effective September 22, 2025</h1> Under authority of section 11(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and on the Council's recommendation, the Governor issues an amendment to a prior notification of March 7, 2018, substituting the reference to 'Schedule IV' with 'Schedule II or Schedule III' of a notification dated September 20, 2025. The amendment takes effect on September 22, 2025. The change updates the schedule cross-reference within the earlier notification to reflect the newly issued September 20, 2025 notification.
