of <h1>Rs.1,000 fee for electronic applications under Customs Voluntary Revision Post Clearance Regulations 2025, added as serial (xi) in reg 3</h1> An amendment to the Levy of Fees (Customs Documents) Regulations, 1970 adds a new entry imposing a Rs.1,000 fee for electronic applications under the Customs (Voluntary Revision of Entries Post Clearance) Regulations, 2025. The regulation takes effect on publication in the Official Gazette and was issued by the central customs authority under delegated powers in the Customs Act. The new entry is inserted as serial (xi) in regulation 3's fee table, updating the schedule of fees for customs document services.
