of <h1>Sixth Amendment to IBBI Insolvency Resolution Regulations: Omits Reg 39C, Alters Reg 39D, Removes Para 15(b) Form H</h1> The notification amends the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016, effective on publication. It omits regulation 39C, modifies regulation 39D by inserting 'and' after the reference to the Companies Act, 2013 and deleting clause (b), and removes point (b) of paragraph 15 in Form H. The changes form the Sixth Amendment to the principal regulations and supersede prior provisions as indicated in the amendment schedule.
