Amendment to Sea Cargo Manifest Regulations Changes Deadline Date to May 31, 2025 Per Notification No. 20/2025-CUSTOMS

The Ministry of Finance, through the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, has issued Notification No. 20/2025-CUSTOMS (N.T.) amending the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transshipment Regulations, 2018. Effective from its publication date, the amendment changes the deadline in the regulations' table for Sr. No. 6, column (3), to "31.05.2025." This update follows the principal regulations published in 2018 and a prior amendment in January 2025.
