This appointment is for adjudicating a supplementary notice concerning a group of individuals, including one named individual and 29 others, related to a customs case. The Commissioner will assume the responsibilities and powers of the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import) from the Office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs in Mundra, Gujarat. This appointment is in accordance with previous notifications and will be effective upon publication in the Official Gazette.
