of <h1>Bihar gets green light for Multi-Sector SEZ in Nawanagar, Buxar; Inland Container Depot from Nov 2024.</h1> The Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority has received approval from the Central Government to establish a Multi-Sector Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Nawanagar, District Buxar, Bihar, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The SEZ will cover an area of 51.1958 hectares, as detailed in the notification. An Approval Committee has been constituted, including representatives from various government departments and the SEZ Developer. The SEZ will be recognized as an Inland Container Depot starting November 19, 2024, under the Customs Act, 1962.
