of <h1>Non-Basmati White Rice Export Policy Amended: Minimum Export Price Removed, Effective Immediately Under HS Code 1006 30 90.</h1> The export policy for Non-Basmati White Rice under HS code 1006 30 90 has been amended. Previously, the export of this rice was subject to a Minimum Export Price (MEP) of USD 490 per tonne. This notification eliminates the MEP requirement, allowing the export of Non-Basmati White Rice without this pricing condition. The amendment is effective immediately and has been approved by the competent authority.
