<h1>Central Government Updates NSEZ Authority Members, Changes in Notification No. S.O.1047(E) Under SEZ Act, 2005.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. S.O.1047(E) dated 12.03.2020, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. This amendment involves the inclusion of new members in the NSEZ Authority. Specifically, the entry at Sl.No. 6, which previously included Sh. Amrit Manwani, Chairman & Managing Director of M/s. Sahasra Electronics Pvt. Limited, has been substituted with Sh. Amrit Lal Manwani, Chairman & Managing Director of M/s Sahasra Electronic Solutions Ltd. (unit-2). This change was initially substituted by Notification No. S.O. 4014(E) dated 18-09-2024.
