Chairman.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. S.O. 1161(E) dated 15.03.2022 under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. This amendment involves a change in the membership of the NSEZ Authority. The entry at Sl. No. 6, previously listing a director from Indemia Syscom India Pvt. Limited, is now replaced with the Chairman and Managing Director of Sahasra Electronic Solutions Ltd. (unit-2). This amendment is issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, as per the powers granted under the SEZ Act.
