Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme 2024 Launches October 1 u/s 88 of Finance Act.

The Central Government, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue and the Central Board of Direct Taxes, has issued Notification No. 103/2024, dated September 19, 2024. This notification announces that the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2024, will be implemented starting October 1, 2024. The scheme is enacted under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 88 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2024.
