Anti-dumping duty rescission on ferro-silicon following imposition of final duty, preserving prior actions. Notification No.68/2001 Customs rescinds the provisional anti dumping notification No.152/2000 Customs for ferro silicon under the authority of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act and the anti dumping procedural rules, consequent to imposition of a final anti dumping duty, and preserves actions taken or omitted prior to the rescission.
