of <h1>Foreign Contribution Rules Amended: Time Frame Extended to Four Months, New Forms Introduced by Ministry of Home Affairs.</h1> The Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Rules, 1996, issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, amends the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Rules, 1976. The amendments change the time frame in rule 4 and sub-rule (2) of rule 8 from 'sixty days' to 'four months.' Additionally, new forms are introduced to replace Forms FC-1A, FC-3, and FC-8. These changes take effect upon publication in the Official Gazette.
