of <h1>Final Anti-Dumping Duty Imposed on Steel Products Under Customs Tariff Act 1975; Provisional Duty Rescinded</h1> The provisional anti-dumping duty on alloy and non-alloy steel billets, bars, and rounds has been rescinded following the imposition of a final duty. This change is enacted by the Central Government under the authority of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and the associated anti-dumping rules. The notification, originally issued by the Ministry of Finance on December 26, 2000, is now withdrawn, with the exception of actions completed before this rescission. This update is formalized in Notification No. 66/2001-Customs, dated June 25, 2001.
