of <h1>India-Amends-Customs-Notification-Includes-Armenia-in-CMAA-List-Under-Section-151B-Customs-Act-1962.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 58/2021-Customs (N.T.) under Section 151B of the Customs Act, 1962, to include a new Agreement on Cooperation and Mutual Administrative Assistance (CMAA) in Customs Matters with the Republic of Armenia. This amendment, detailed in Notification No. 23/2024-Customs (N.T.) dated March 15, 2024, adds Armenia to the list of contracting states in the existing notification. The original notification was published on July 1, 2021, and was last amended on December 20, 2022.
