This amendment, Notification No. 108/2008-Customs, extends the anti-dumping duty for one year from the review initiation date, pending the review's completion. The notification will remain effective until September 2, 2009, unless revoked earlier. This action follows a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and its associated rules, to assess the continuation of the anti-dumping duty initially imposed in 2004.
