The amendments involve changes to condition (a) of the notification: clause (iv) is omitted, the word 'or' is removed from clause (vi), 'or' is added after 'Handbook of Procedures' in clause (vii), and a new clause (viii) is inserted. This new clause pertains to the issuance of replenishment licenses under specific paragraphs of the Export and Import Policy and the Handbook of Procedures. These changes are enacted in the public interest.
