of <h1>Andhra Pradesh Cancels G.O. Ms. No. 383 Under GST Act; New Rules Effective January 2024 Per G.O. Ms. No. 19.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh, exercising its authority under section 148 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has rescinded the notification issued in G.O. Ms. No. 383 by the Revenue (Commercial Taxes) Department dated August 7, 2023. This action follows recommendations from the Goods and Services Tax Council. The rescission does not affect actions taken or omitted under the previous notification before this change. The new notification, G.O. Ms. No. 19, becomes effective on January 1, 2024, as ordered by the Principal Secretary to the Government (CT) Finance.
