of <h1>Ministry of Finance Issues Corrigendum: IGST Rate Amended to 5% and Corrects Notification References.</h1> The corrigendum to Notification No. 01/2024-Integrated Tax (Rate), dated January 3, 2024, issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, corrects two errors in the original document. Firstly, it amends the IGST rate from '2.5' to '5' in line 19. Secondly, it corrects the reference to the principal notification, changing it from 'Central Tax (Rate)' to 'Integrated Tax (Rate)' and updates the associated G.S.R. numbers and dates. This notification was published in the Gazette of India on January 5, 2024.
