Under the new policy, exports of these supplements to the European Union and the United Kingdom are permitted, provided they are accompanied by an official certificate from the Export Inspection Council or Export Inspection Agencies. This certification is contingent upon a satisfactory analytical test report from approved laboratories, as required by the EU. The amendments apply to items under ITC HS codes 1302 and 2106, which include vegetable saps, extracts, and certain food preparations.
