of <h1>Central Government Updates Authority for Advance Ruling Members for Dadra, Nagar Haveli, Daman, and Diu Under Notification No. 14/2018.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 14/2018-Union territory Tax, dated 8th October 2018, concerning the Union territories of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. This amendment, effective upon its publication in the Official Gazette, updates the names and designations of the members of the Authority for Advance Ruling. The new members are the Joint Commissioner of CGST Daman and the Joint Commissioner of Union territory Goods and Services Tax for Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. This notification follows several previous amendments to the principal notification.
