of <h1>Andhra Pradesh GST Act Amended: Clause (h) Now Includes Courts and Tribunals, Effective March 1, 2023.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh issued an amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, specifically altering Go. Ms. No. 256 dated 29.06.2017. The amendment, effective from March 1, 2023, modifies the explanation in clause (h) to include 'Courts and Tribunals' alongside 'State Legislatures.' This change follows recommendations from the Goods and Services Tax Council and will be published in an extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. The order was issued under the authority of the Governor of Andhra Pradesh by the Secretary to Government (CT) Finance.
