The procedure for such participation is detailed in a newly inserted Schedule I, ensuring members' rights and obligations remain unchanged. Attendance via video conferencing will be recorded as such, and security measures must be observed to maintain meeting integrity. The existing schedule is now renumbered as Schedule II.
