The amendments include changes in the table of exempted items, specifically replacing S.No. 156 with new entries for various textile materials and omitting S.No. 376. Additionally, condition No. 19 has been revised, detailing requirements for manufacturers of textile and leather garments who import goods for export purposes. These conditions include registration with relevant export councils and limits on the value of imported goods relative to the previous year's exports. Condition No. 89 has been removed.
