of <h1>Central Government Appoints New Members to NCLAT u/s 410 of Companies Act 2013.</h1> The Central Government has appointed new Judicial and Technical Members to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal under the authority of section 410 of the Companies Act, 2013. These appointments include a Judicial Member and two Technical Members, effective from their respective joining dates in early 2020. The positions are at level-17 in the pay matrix with a fixed salary of Rs. 225,000. The term for each member is set for three years, or until they reach the age of sixty-seven, or until further orders, whichever comes first. This notification was issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
