of <h1>Puducherry GST Notification Amended: Deadline Extended from June 30, 2022, to July 28, 2022.</h1> The Government of Puducherry has amended Notification G.O. Ms. No. 2, dated January 3, 2018, under the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, issued as G.O. Ms. No. 16 on July 20, 2022, changes the date in the fifth proviso from '30th day of June, 2022' to '28th day of July, 2022.' This amendment is effective from July 5, 2022, as ordered by the Lieutenant-Governor on the recommendation of the Council. The notification was issued by the Development Commissioner-cum-Principal Secretary to Government (Finance).
