of <h1>Central Government Amends NFRA Rules 2022: SEBI Executive Director Added as Part-Time Member Under Companies Act 2013.</h1> The Central Government has amended the National Financial Reporting Authority appointment of Part-time members, Rules, 2022, under the Companies Act, 2013. The amendment, effective upon publication in the Official Gazette, updates rule (2) by replacing serial number (4) with the entry for an Executive Director from the Securities and Exchange Board of India. This notification follows previous amendments published in March and May 2022.
