<h1>Yogiji Maharaja Mahavidyalaya Project for Rural Women Gains Section 35AC Tax Eligibility Extension for Three More Years</h1> The Central Government has designated the Yogiji Maharaja Mahavidyalaya and Educational Complex for rural women in Dhari, Gujarat, managed by Anoopam Mission, as an eligible project under Section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Initially recognized in 1994, the project received extensions in 1995 and 1997. Given its ongoing execution and the National Committee's satisfaction, the government has further extended its eligibility for an additional three years starting from the assessment year 2001-2002. The project involves an estimated cost of 194.5 lakh rupees and a corpus fund of 86.5 lakh rupees.
