of <h1>Telangana Extends FORM GSTR-9 Filing Deadline for FY 2019-20 to 28th February 2021 u/s 44, Rule 80.</h1> The Government of Telangana, through the Commercial Taxes Department, has extended the deadline for submitting the annual return in FORM GSTR-9 for the financial year 2019-20. This extension is made under the powers granted by section 44 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and rule 80 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The new deadline for electronic submission via the common portal is now 28th February 2021. This notification is effective retroactively from 30th December 2020.
