of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: Agency for Diamond Import and Certification Renamed to De Beers India Private Ltd.</h1> The notification amends Para 4.42(3) of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20, issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. The amendment changes the name of the agency authorized to import diamonds for certification, grading, and re-export purposes from 'International Institute of Diamond Grading & Research India Pvt. Ltd.' to 'De Beers India Private Ltd.' in Surat, Gujarat. This change is made under the authority of Section 5 of the FT(D&R) Act, 1992, and Paragraph 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20.
