<h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Chinese Porcelain Tiles Until February 2022 to Protect Domestic Industry.</h1> The Government of India has amended Notification No. 29/2017-Customs (ADD) to extend the anti-dumping duty on imports of glazed/unglazed porcelain/vitrified tiles with less than 3% water absorption from China. Initially set to expire on 31st December 2021, the duty is now extended until 28th February 2022. This decision follows a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and the relevant rules, to continue protecting domestic industry from dumped imports. The notification is issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
