This amendment to the earlier notification mandates that the Bill of Lading for these imports must be issued by December 31, 2021, and customs clearance must occur by January 31, 2022. This decision is made under the authority of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, and the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, with approval from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
