of <h1>SimPark Infra Approved for Multi-level Car Parking Project Under Section 10(23G) of Income-tax Act, 1961</h1> The Central Government has approved SimPark Infra (P.) Ltd. for the installation of a Multi-level Car Parking System (Parkomat) in Calcutta under section 10(23G) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, for the assessment year 2001-2002. This approval is contingent upon compliance with the specified provisions of the Income-tax Act and Rules. The approval may be revoked if the enterprise ceases infrastructure operations, fails to maintain and audit financial records, or does not furnish the required audit report. The project is based on an agreement with the Calcutta Municipal Corporation and Simplex Projects Ltd.
