of <h1>India Imposes Anti-Dumping Duty on Sodium Cyanide Imports from US, EU, Czech Republic, and Korea RP</h1> The Central Government of India has issued a notification imposing an anti-dumping duty on Sodium Cyanide imported from the United States, European Union, Czech Republic, and Korea RP. This duty is calculated as the difference between a specified amount and the landed value per metric tonne. The notification supersedes a previous notification from June 2000 and follows findings that these imports were causing material injury to the Indian industry by being sold below normal value. An exception is made for Sodium Cyanide manufactured by a specific Korean company and exported by another, subject to customs verification. The duty is payable in Indian currency.
