of <h1>Puducherry GST Amendment: Schedule I Updated, Entry 259A Replaced with '9503', 'Diethylcarbamazine' Added to List 1.</h1> The Government of Puducherry has issued an amendment to the previous notification G.O. Ms. No. 1/2017-Puducherry GST (Rate) under the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective June 2, 2021, the amendment modifies Schedule I by replacing the entry against S. No. 259A with '9503.' Additionally, a new entry, 'Diethylcarbamazine,' is added to List 1 after serial number 230. This amendment is enacted under the authority of the Lieutenant-Governor and recommended by the Council, as stated by the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government (Finance).
