This exemption is valid until 31st August 2021 and applies to goods pending clearance at the time of the notification's enforcement. The exemption is contingent upon the goods being donated to government entities or relief agencies for free distribution. Importers must provide certification from relevant authorities confirming the goods are intended for COVID-19 relief and must submit proof of distribution within six to nine months of importation.
