of <h1>Odisha extends GSTR-4 filing deadline for FY 2020-21 to May 31, 2021, under Odisha GST Act, 2017.</h1> The Government of Odisha, exercising its powers under the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has extended the deadline for filing FORM GSTR-4 for the financial year 2020-21. Based on recommendations from the Goods and Services Tax Council, the due date is now extended to May 31, 2021. This amendment modifies a previous notification from April 2019 and subsequent amendments, with the latest being in September 2020. This notification is effective retroactively from April 30, 2021, as ordered by the Special Secretary to the Government.
