of <h1>Export Rules for Non-Basmati Rice: PUSA-1121 Requires Specific Grain Size, Contract Registration, and Minimum FOB Price</h1> The notification permits the export of the PUSA-1121 variety of non-basmati rice under specific conditions. The grain must exceed 7 mm in length with a length-to-breadth ratio over 4. Exports require contract registration with APEDA, New Delhi, and a minimum FOB price of US$ 1200 per ton or Rs. 48,000 per ton. Export is restricted to six ports: Kandla, Kakinada, Kolkata, JNPT Mumbai, Mundra, and Pipavav. Additionally, the export of basmati rice, including PUSA Basmati 1121, is allowed if the grain length is over 7 mm and the ratio is more than 3.6.
