Normal Butanol imports face continued anti-dumping duties for five years with country-specific US$ per MT rates. Continued anti-dumping duty is imposed on Normal Butanol (tariff item 29051300) from the European Union, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa and the United States, with country- and producer-specific rates in US$ per metric tonne set out in the notification. The duty is payable in Indian currency, calculated using the Government-specified exchange rate with the bill of entry date as the relevant date, and is effective for five years from publication unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier.
